Products covered: This warranty applies to personalized watches from Timelab Watches , purchased directly from Timelab Watches or authorized distributors.

The warranty covers:

Defects in materials and workmanship under normal conditions of use and maintenance.
Repair or replacement of parts necessary to correct manufacturing defects.
Movements that stop working properly and that have not been improperly exposed to liquids.

Warranty period: The warranty lasts for 1 year from the original purchase date by the first buyer.

Warranty exclusions

This guarantee It does not cover damage caused by external factors or improper use , including, but not limited to:

Accidents, abuse, negligence or misuse.
Opening the watch case or unauthorized modifications.
Failure to comply with the instructions for use or maintenance.
Normal wear and tear, scratches, discoloration, or loss of shine.
Water ingress, since it is not possible to verify if the damage was caused by improper use by the customer (open crown or pressure higher than that allowed by the model).

Warranty Claim Procedure
