Because all our watches are custom-made to order, each piece is unique and crafted specifically for each customer. Even so, we want your experience to be as satisfying as possible.

We offer returns within a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the order, provided that the watch is in perfect condition and shows no signs of use. Shipping and return costs are the responsibility of the customer .

A Seiko Mod is a custom watch inspired by the most iconic models in luxury watchmaking, but it's not a replica. We use genuine Seiko movements , renowned for their precision and reliability, combining them with high-quality materials such as 904L and 316L stainless steel, sapphire crystal, and precise, detailed finishes.
Do the watches come with a warranty?

All our watches come with a 1- year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects and problems related to the watch's operation.

We want you to enjoy your watch with complete peace of mind, so if your watch develops any fault during this period, we will take care of repairing or replacing it as appropriate.

Important: The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, contact with liquids or water, drops, or natural wear and tear from everyday use.
When will I receive my order?

All our orders have an estimated preparation and shipping time of 10 to 20 business days. Each watch is carefully crafted to order, ensuring the quality and finish of every piece. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to get your order to you as soon as possible and in perfect condition.
Which countries do you ship to?

Currently, we only ship within Spain. We do not ship internationally or to destinations outside of Spain.
